INSTALL TIMES:
Since we started offering
High Speed Wireless Internet Service on 1 Jan 2002, we have been
overwhelmed by the tremendous response from the community. We have
been extending our work hours into the late hours of the night in
attempts to reduce the time new customers have to wait for site
surveys, and installations. During a site survey, we will send a
surveyor out to your location to test for adequate wireless
signal levels. Currently our average waiting time for site surveys is
1-2 weeks. You may skip the waiting list if we can confirm, over the
phone, that you have a clear line of sight (LOS) path to one of our
towers. Once your location has tested good for signal strength, you
will be placed on a waiting list for installation. Average
waiting time for installations is 1-2 weeks.
